You may NOT:⁣

   - Resell, redistribute, or share the Template with others⁣

   - Claim the Template as your own original work⁣

   - Use the Template for illegal or unethical purposes⁣

   - Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your use of the Template⁣

   - Make false claims or guarantees to prospects using the Template

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIFFUNNEL, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, ⁣AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, ⁣INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:⁣

   - Your use or inability to use the Template⁣

   - Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Template⁣

   - Loss of revenue, profits, clients, or business opportunities⁣

   - Regulatory fines or penalties⁣

   - Claims brought by third parties

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cliffunnel and its affiliates ⁣from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) ⁣arising from:⁣

   - Your use of the Template⁣

   - Your violation of these Terms⁣

   - Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations⁣

   - Claims made by your clients or third parties

Downloading or using the Template does not create a client-advisor, partnership, ⁣employment, or agency relationship between you and Cliffunnel. You remain solely ⁣responsible for your business operations and client relationships.⁣

Cliffunnel reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Template ⁣at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Template after any changes ⁣constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ⁣of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.⁣

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, ⁣the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.⁣
